Can flowers be returned?

According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Protection of Consumer Rights'", cut flowers, live plants, and floral arrangements fall under the category "Animal and plant products" and are not subject to exchange or return as goods of proper quality.

This means that if you change your mind, the recipient does not like the bouquet, or the arrangement is not what you expected — we are not legally obligated to return or exchange it.

Goodwill gestures

WTF! Flowers reserves the right, in individual cases and at its sole discretion, to accommodate the customer — by replacing the bouquet or refunding the payment. This is purely an expression of goodwill on our part, not an obligation established by law or this policy.

We may consider replacement or compensation in situations where there is objectively our mistake: flowers arrived wilted or damaged due to our negligence, the bouquet composition significantly differs from the order (not due to seasonal substitution), or delivery did not happen due to our fault.

Each situation is reviewed individually. The decision to replace or compensate remains at our sole discretion and does not set a precedent for future inquiries.

Please send a photo of the bouquet. This is a mandatory condition for review.

Seasonal substitutions

Bouquets on the website are author's compositions, and the composition may differ slightly depending on the season and flower availability. In such cases, our florist selects the best substitute while preserving style and color palette. This is not grounds for return and is part of the normal practice of author florals.
