- Longer than a summer one: in a cool flat roses last 7–12 days, chrysanthemums and carnations up to three weeks. Keep the bouquet a metre away from the radiator and change the water every two days.
- Will the flowers freeze on the way?
- No. The bouquet travels in dense wrapping with extra paper, in a warm car, and only minutes pass between the car door and the flat door. We advise the recipient to let the bouquet thaw in its wrapping for 15–20 minutes, then trim the stems and put it in water with flower food.
- Which flowers are available in winter?
- Roses (at their best in winter), chrysanthemums, carnations and dianthus, hydrangea, lisianthus, freesia, amaryllis and hyacinths; from February, tulips and ranunculus. We do not sell peonies or dahlias in winter — they are out of season.
- Can I order a winter bouquet for a specific time?
- Yes: choose a time slot or “as soon as possible” at checkout. The courier calls the recipient only 15 minutes before arriving, so the surprise stays a surprise.
