Public Offer Agreement
This document is a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Placing an order on wtf.flowers constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Seller
The seller is the WTF! What The Flowers brand (Dnipro, Ukraine), operating since 2018. Stores: Marshal complex (Naberezhna Peremohy 128) and Most-City (Korolevy Yelyzavety 2). Subject
The seller sells and the buyer purchases flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and related goods (decor) presented in the website catalog. Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias and are final at the moment of ordering.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on the website and paid online via the WayForPay payment system: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, including cards issued by foreign banks. An order is considered accepted after successful payment. An electronic confirmation is sent to the contact details provided.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Dnipro daily from 8:00 to 22:00. The minimum delivery time is 2 hours from payment. Delivery costs ₴500 and is free for orders over ₴10,000. Pickup from the seller's stores is available. If the recipient is absent, the courier calls the provided phone number to arrange a time.
Seasonal flower substitution
Flowers are a seasonal product. The seller reserves the right to substitute individual flowers in a bouquet with equivalents of the same value and style, preserving the overall concept of the arrangement, when a specific variety is temporarily unavailable.
Returns
Flowers are perishable goods and are not subject to return or exchange under Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994. Quality claims are accepted within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence — in such cases the seller may offer a replacement or compensation. See the Returns page for details.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'.
Miscellaneous
The seller may update this offer; the version published on this page at the moment of ordering applies. Matters not covered by this offer are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
